The silver lining in all of life's moments are what attract my eye the most. My goal is to capture that silver lining in a way that tells a story. Whether it's the story of a newborn baby and their family or the story of a creative director's first day on a movie set. When everyone is focused on keeping the world moving, I focus on the little moments of humanity in between that keeps us humans moving.

A little about me

I’m Steven

I was born in Manhattan, NY. Raised in Miami, Florida by my beautiful Dominican family. Having the tropical sun as the backdrop for my childhood directly influences the way I see natural light.

Relationship with nature


My youth was spent on a longboard in Miami Lakes, summers in Santo Domingo, and going on road trips to see family in New York. As I grew older, I've started to spend more time at National State Parks and natural bodies of water. This is where I reconnect with myself, away from my normally noisy life.

Photography


If music is my first true love, photography became my second one. It started with just wanting to take pictures of the sky, family while on vacation, and mundane items I saw while walking around my neighborhood, but I was instantly drawn to it.

Interesting Fact


Not only am I a photographer, I'm also a music fanatic and music producer! It seemed like the perfect way to channel my hobby as my friends would often say "This would be a sick album cover!".
